(This Act was repealed by P.A. 89-7, which has been held unconstitutional) Sec. 5. Any contractor, subcontractor, or his authorized agent in charge of construction work on highways or bridges within the State of Illinois, or any driver of any motor vehicle, who knowingly or wilfully violates any provision of this Act, is guilty of a petty offense.
