The SERC may establish advisory committees composed of individuals from both the public and private sectors to advise the Chairman of the SERC on any matters relating to the implementation of Title III of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (P.L. 99-499). Advisory committees shall be organized by the Chairman as necessary to address specific issues relating to this Act.
