(a) Where paints, oils or varnishes are manufactured or kept for use or sale unless such paints, oils or varnishes are in original unbroken containers. (b) Where rosin, turpentine, gasoline or inflammable substance or substances which may generate vapors are used, stored or offered for sale; or (c) Where there are not two approved chemical fire extinguishers or six pails of water readily available and equipped for use in extinguishing fires.
