abrogate or in any way affect the power of cities, villages, and incorporated towns to regulate, restrain and prohibit the use of fireworks, firecrackers, torpedoes, Roman candles, skyrockets and other pyrotechnic displays within their corporate limits. The sections of this Act and every part of such sections are hereby declared to be independent sections and parts of sections, and the invalidity of any section or part thereof shall not affect any other section or part of a section.
