(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 16. Functions and powers of Agency. The Agency shall administer this Act and promulgate by codes, rules, regulations, or orders such standards and instructions to govern the possession and use of any radiation source as the Agency may deem necessary or desirable to protect the public health, welfare and safety.
