(was 415 ILCS 5/3.42) Sec. 3.455. Sewage works. "Sewage works" means individually or collectively those constructions or devices used for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage, industrial waste or other wastes or for the recovery of by-products from such wastes.
