(was 415 ILCS 5/3.90) Sec. 3.425. Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; RCRA. "Resource Conservation and Recovery Act" or "RCRA" means the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (P.L. 94-580), as amended.
