(was 415 ILCS 5/3.18) Sec. 3.240. Intermittent control system. "Intermittent control system" is a system which provides for the planned reduction of source emissions of sulfur dioxide during periods when meteorological conditions are such, or are anticipated to be such, that sulfur dioxide ambient air quality standards may be violated unless such reductions are made.
