(was 415 ILCS 5/3.09) Sec. 3.190. Existing fuel combustion stationary emission source. "Existing fuel combustion stationary emission source" means any stationary furnace, boiler, oven, or similar equipment used for the primary purpose of producing heat or power, of a type capable of emitting specified air contaminants to the atmosphere, the construction or modification of which commenced prior to April 13, 1972.
