(was 415 ILCS 5/3.80) Sec. 3.175. Criterion. "Criterion" means the numerical concentration of one or more toxic substances calculated by the Agency as a basis for establishing a permit limitation or violation of a water quality standard pursuant to standards and procedures provided for in board regulations.
