(1) To cause or assist in the violation of Section 9 or 10 of this Act or any regulation promulgated hereunder. (2) To fail to adhere to the schedule set forth in, or pursuant to, this Act for adopting and reviewing a waste management plan. (3) To fail to implement the recycling component of an adopted waste management plan. or 10 of this Act or any regulation promulgated hereunder. or pursuant to, this Act for adopting and reviewing a waste management plan. an adopted waste management plan.
