(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 385. Validation. All actions taken in reliance on or pursuant to Article 3 of Public Act 89-428 by the Department of Revenue, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Pollution Control Board, or any other person or entity are hereby validated.
