(a) By January 1, 2023, and by January 1 of each year thereafter, each covered manufacturer and manufacturer program operator shall register with the Agency and submit to the Agency a $2,500 registration fee. (b) All fees collected under this Section must be deposited in the Solid Waste Management Fund to be used solely for the administration of this Act.
