(a) Administrative hearings related to the duties and responsibilities assigned to the Department of Public Health shall be conducted under the Department of Public Health's rules governing administrative hearings. (b) Administrative hearings related to the duties and responsibilities assigned to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and dispensing organization agents shall be conducted under the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation's rules governing administrative hearings. (c) Administrative hearings related to the duties and responsibilities assigned to the Department of Agriculture, cultivation centers, or cultivation center agents shall be conducted under the Department of Agriculture's rules governing administrative hearings.
