The Department, in consultation with the Illinois Suicide Prevention Alliance, must submit an annual report to the Governor and General Assembly on the effectiveness of the activities and programs undertaken under the Plan that includes any recommendations for modification to Illinois law to enhance the effectiveness of the Plan.
