(a) The Department shall adopt such rules as may be necessary for the performance of its duties under this Act. (b) Rules of the Department for the performance of its duties under this Act shall include criteria, standards and procedures for the identification and contact of any person to be interviewed and subject to examination and treatment under Sections 5 and 6 of this Act.
