(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 95. Home rule. The regulation of crematories and crematory authorities as set forth in this Act is an exclusive power and function of the State. A home rule unit may not regulate crematories or crematory authorities. This Section is a denial and limitation of home rule powers and functions under subsection (h) of Section 6 of Article VII of the Illinois Constitution.
