(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 11.5. License revocation or suspension; surrender of license. (a) (Blank). (b) Upon the revocation or suspension of a license issued under this Act, the licensee must immediately surrender the license to the Comptroller. If the licensee fails to do so, the Comptroller may seize the license.
