At least 36 hours before the time of the examination fixed by the court, a copy of the petition, the order for examination, and a statement of rights as provided in Section 3-205 shall be personally delivered to the person and shall be given personally or sent by mail to his or her attorney and guardian, if any. If the respondent is admitted to a mental health facility for examination under Section 3-754, such notices may be delivered at the time of service of the order for admission.
