by the court, a copy of the petition, the order for examination, and a statement of rights as provided in Section 3-205 shall be personally delivered to the person and shall be given personally or sent by mail to his attorney and guardian, if any. If the respondent is admitted to a mental health facility for examination under Section 3-704, such notices may be delivered at the time of service of the order for admission.
