Permanent Disability.

Sec. 4-105b. 

Permanent Disability. 

"Permanent disability": any physical
or mental disability that (1) can be expected
to result in death, (2) has lasted for a continuous period of
not less than 12 months, or (3) can be expected to last for
a continuous period of not less than 12 months.
