l provide the local housing authority information as to the composition of the applicant's family, and income, from all sources, of all family members. All statements in an application shall be made under oath of the applicant. An applicant who swears wilfully, corruptly and falsely with respect to any material statement in his application bearing upon his eligibility for tenancy, total family income, or family composition, shall be guilty of perjury and upon conviction shall be punished accordingly.
