The Medicaid Technical Assistance Center Fund is created as a special fund in the State treasury. The Fund shall consist of any moneys appropriated to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for the purposes of this Act and any federal financial participation funds obtained as provided under Section 185-20. Subject to appropriation, moneys in the Fund shall be used for carrying out the purposes of this Act and for no other purpose. All interest earned on the moneys in the Fund shall be deposited into the Fund.
