Sec. 8.47. 
Exempt mandate. 
 
(a) Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Act 103-2, 103-110, 103-409, 103-455, 103-529, 103-552, 103-553, 103-579, or 103-582. 
 
(b) Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by the Decennial Committees on Local Government Efficiency Act.
 
(c) Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of the mandate created by Section 2.10a of the Regional Transportation Authority Act in Public Act 103-281.

(b) Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by the Decennial Committees on Local Government Efficiency Act.
 
(c) Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of the mandate created by Section 2.10a of the Northern Illinois Transit Authority Act in Public Act 103-281.
