(P.A. 98-599 has been held unconstitutional) Sec. 8.37. Exempt mandate. Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Act 98-218, 98-389, 98-391, 98-427, 98-599, or 98-622.
