(a) Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Act 95-9, 95-17, 95-148, 95-151, 95-194, 95-232, 95-241, 95-279, 95-349, 95-369, 95-483, 95-486, 95-504, 95-521, 95-530, 95-586, 95-644, 95-654, 95-671, 95-677, 95-681, or 95-764. (b) Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by the Green Cleaning Schools Act.
