(Section scheduled to be repealed on June 30, 2029) Sec. 2.8. Design-build and Construction Manager/General Contractor contracts. This Act applies to any design-build contracts and Construction Manager/General Contractor contracts entered into under the Innovations for Transportation Infrastructure Act.
