members and agencies of the General Assembly, and the Attorney General. system available for use by the public or by governmental entities or agencies if: (a) such availability in no way reduces the quality of service available Assembly, and the Attorney General; conditions regarding the offering of such services and specifies the charges to be made therefor; and for the services rendered and pays those amounts over to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State Treasury.
