Final administrative decisions of the Department are subject to judicial review under Article III of the Code of Civil Procedure and its rules. The term "administrative decision" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure. An action to review a final administrative decision under this Code may be commenced in the Circuit Court of any county in which any part of the transaction occurred that gave rise to the claim that was the subject of the proceedings before the Department.
