(a) Each organization conducting charitable games shall post signs with a statement regarding obtaining assistance with gambling problems, the text of which shall be determined by rule by the Department of Human Services, at all entrances and exits at the premises at which charitable games are conducted by the organization. The signs shall be provided by the Department of Human Services. (b) Each organization conducting charitable games shall print a statement regarding obtaining assistance with gambling problems, the text of which shall be determined by rule by the Department of Human Services, on all paper stock that it provides to the public.
