(a) Each organization conducting bingo shall post signs with a statement regarding obtaining assistance with gambling problems, the text of which shall be determined by rule by the Department of Human Services, at all entrances and exits at the premises at which bingo is conducted by the organization. The signs shall be provided by the Department of Human Services. (b) Each organization conducting bingo shall print a statement regarding obtaining assistance with gambling problems, the text of which shall be determined by rule by the Department of Human Services, on all paper stock that it provides to the public.
