Illinois Code § 225 ILCS 95/22.16

Any person who is found to have knowingly violated any

Sec. 22.16. 

Any person who is found to have knowingly violated any
provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of
a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4
felony.
