(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 20. No corporation, which stated purpose includes, or which practices, or which holds itself out as available to practice as a physician assistant or to practice any of the functions described in Section 4 of this Act, shall be issued a license by the Department, nor shall the Secretary of State approve or accept articles of incorporation for such a corporation.
