(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 105. Record of proceedings; transcript. The Department, at its own expense, shall preserve a record of all proceedings at the formal hearing of any case. The notice of hearing, complaint, and all other documents in the nature of pleadings and written motions filed in the proceedings, the transcripts of testimony, the report of the Board, and orders of the Department shall be in the record of the proceeding.
