(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 23. Practice by corporations. No license shall be issued by the Department to any corporation that (i) has a stated purpose that includes, or (ii) practices or holds itself out as available to practice, optometry or any of the functions described in Section 3 of the Act.
