(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 19. Fees. The Department shall provide by rule, for a schedule of fees to be paid for licenses or certificates of registration by all applicants. The fees for the administration and enforcement of this Act, including but not limited to, original licensure and certification, renewal and restoration, shall be set by rule. The fees shall not be refundable.
