(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 19.8. Rehearing. Whenever the Secretary is satisfied that substantial justice has not been done in the revocation or suspension of, or the refusal to issue or renew, a license, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the Board or a designated hearing officer.
