(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 19.16. Criminal penalties. Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
