(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2029) Sec. 16.5. Deposit of fees and fines. All fees, penalties, and fines collected under this Act shall be deposited into the General Professions Dedicated Fund and shall be appropriated to the Department for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Department in the administration of this Act.
