(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031) Sec. 52. Alternate qualification for licensure. The Department may issue a license to practice professional geology in Illinois to any applicant who, on or before July 1, 1998, meets the following qualifications: (1) The applicant has completed an application form and remitted the application fee.
