(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 100. Criminal penalties. A person who violates any of the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for the first offense and shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony for a second or subsequent offense.
