pounds of permissible explosives. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the operator of any mine from taking into the mine, when miners are not therein, a sufficient quantity of explosives for the reasonable requirements of the mine for the next succeeding working day; except that in mechanical loading mines a sufficient quantity of explosives for the reasonable requirements of the mine for the next two working days may be stored in and for each location.
