(was 225 ILCS 65/20-31) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 70-35. Licensure requirements; Internet site. The Department shall make available to the public the requirements for licensure on the Internet through the Department's World Wide Web site. This information shall include the requirements for licensure of individuals currently residing in another state or territory of the United States or a foreign country, territory, or province. The Department shall establish an e-mail link to the Department for information on the requirements for licensure.
