(was 225 ILCS 65/20-150) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 70-150. Criminal penalties. Any person who is found to have violated any provision of this Act is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. On conviction of a second or subsequent offense, the violator shall be guilty of a Class 4 felony.
