(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 35. Powers and duties of the Department; rules. (a) The Department shall exercise the powers and duties prescribed by the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois for the administration of licensing Acts and shall exercise such other powers and duties necessary for effectuating the purposes of this Act. (b) The Secretary shall adopt rules consistent with the provisions of this Act for the administration and enforcement of this Act and for the payment of fees connected to this Act and may prescribe forms that shall be issued in connection with this Act.
