part thereof as remains at the time of the issuance of the license. Each license shall be renewed during the month of June of each year. Each license not renewed during June of each year shall expire on June 30 of that year. A license must be prominently displayed at each place of business of the licensee. Where the licensee conducts business at more than one address, branch office licenses shall be issued on payment of the required fee. Each license shall be signed by the Director of the Department and shall be issued under the seal of the Department.
