(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 57. Any person who shall in connection with any application or examination before the Department file, or attempt to file, with the Department as their own, the diploma or license of another, shall be sentenced therefor as the law shall prescribe at the time for forgery.
