(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 100. Stenographer; transcript. The Department, at its expense, shall preserve a record of all proceedings at the formal hearing of any case. Any notice, all documents in the nature of pleadings, written motions filed in the proceedings, the transcripts of testimony, reports of the Board and hearing officer, and orders of the Department shall be in the record of the proceeding.
