(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 120. Hearing by other hearing officer. Whenever the Secretary is not satisfied that substantial justice has been done in the revocation, suspension or refusal to issue or renew a license, the Secretary may order a rehearing by the same or other hearing officer.
