(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 90. Inspections. The Department may inspect a licensee for compliance with the requirements of this Act and conduct random inspections upon renewal of a license, for cause or as necessary to assure the integrity and effectiveness of the licensing process.
